Key Responsibilities:
- Develop talent pools on assigned positions.
- Providing full life cycle support for the recruitment process from initiating requisitions to managing offer approvals.
- The administration of the candidate application management process.
- Scheduling interviews, managing calendars and conflicting priorities.
- Screen and evaluate candidates against the requirements and briefs provided.
- Be creative and proactive in identifying qualified candidates.
- Arrange interviews and follow-up closely on the feedback.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of ATS tools
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- Very strong administration skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, focused on execution with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
